BDC Consultant - Audi of Pembroke Pines

We are looking for a BDC Consultant to join our team at Audi Pembroke Pines. This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the Porsche store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance. Primary Responsibilities Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed Review internal notes to ensure each TO is handled promptly and personally Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure regular follow-up and accurate reporting Be fully prepared for daily appointments Confirm appointments prior to the scheduled arrival time Reschedule “no-show” appointments when necessary Understand the importance and benefits of the retail business Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect Qualifications High school diploma Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience Experience in the automotive industry preferred Experience using CRM tools; automotive CRM experience is a plus Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus Familiarity with BDC functions is a plus Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency Benefits Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Employee Assistance Program 401(k) plan with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays, Bereavement, and Jury Duty Paid Pregnancy/Parental leave Paid Military Leave Tuition Reimbursement Pay We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $23.11 - $32.93 USD per hour.
