The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader who can translate financial data into meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and provide guidance that helps drive smart, strategic decisions across the firm. As a trusted advisor to the Managing Partners, the Director of Finance/Controller will have a seat at the table and a direct impact on the firm's future. This highly visible role combines strategic leadership with operational responsibility, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis, while overseeing critical day-to-day financial operations.
