Activity Assistant

Kadima Health and Nursing at Pottstown is looking to hire an Activity Assistant to join our team! Shift available 4pm-8pm Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Pottstown is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them with a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. Job Responsibilities: Plans and monitors unit activities, content of programs and independent activities Implements individual and group activities; supervise residents’ use of all equipment and materials and takes necessary precautions in implementing the program. Oversee documentation of resident participation assessment, MDS, care plan and progress on the appropriate forms Works with activities staff to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies and volunteer groups. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Education and Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
