The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests and members. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs to achieve financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor restaurant performance, budgets, and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining strong relationships with guests and members.
• Collaborate with Culinary and resort leadership on special events, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, hotel, resort, or full-service restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting, labor management, cost controls, and inventory.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and restaurant beverage operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
