The primary responsibility is the throughput of Brand communication strategies and their tactical activation in the retail environment, both in-store and online. Establishing and developing key partnerships and relationships with Brand Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Retailers (customer buyers/marketers/ecommerce), agencies and outside suppliers will be essential to success in this role. Responsibilities: Ensure brand and product communications are executed on time and on strategy through proactive relationships with internal account teams and key retailer contactsImprove Brand omni-channel presence (in-store and on retailers’ ecommerce websites) through collaboration with retailers on placement and implementation of marketing materials and messagingLead creative development of demand-generating marketing materials (both in-store and online) aligned with Brand strategy as well as retailer requirements across point-of-sale, point-of-purchase, new product introductions, media plans, and seasonal initiativesCollaborate with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) owned-retail team to fulfill the in-store marketing needs for owned retail channels including full-price stores, outlet stores, and pop-up/temporary storesSupport the development and execution of trade show booths, including the coordination and monitoring of all materialsCoordinate the execution of ecommerce product videos to enhance product content and accelerate salesAssist in the full price owned retail store openingsWorks on special marketing projects as designated by the Sr Manager, Integrated Partner Marketing.Leadership:Experience and understanding of evolving retail environment and business models for both in-store and onlineAbility to analyze data (sales reporting and .com analytics) to make recommendations on marketing allocation and spendSuperior project management skills, including previous oversight of timelines, budgets and securing critical approvalsExcellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to excel in cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a critical eye to detailRequirements:BS/BA degree required in Marketing, Management or Communications5 + omni-channel marketing experience and applied knowledge of in-store and online retailer marketing, design principles, and understanding of the evolving retail environmentAgency experience preferred, including exposure to media buying and planningDigital experience preferredLeadership Competencies Expected for this Role:Foundational Leader Global Agility – Be open and adapt quickly when things changePurposeful Integrity – Do the right thing, even when no one is watchingStrategic Foresight – Think ahead and plan for what’s comingCustomer Centric Innovation – Find better ways to serve our customersUrgency for Impact – Act fast and get results that matterBold Accountability – Take ownership of your work and resultsEmpowered Collaboration – Work well with others to get things done#LI-BE1Why Kontoor Brands?At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
