Associate Director, Employer Relations & FS Recruiting

National Investment Services Inc

National Investment Co. is seeking an Associate Director, Employer Relations and Recruiting, to proactively contribute to building and expanding relationships with financial services firms. This role involves managing the delivery of high-caliber recruiting processes and working closely with employer representatives to advise on recruitment strategies aligned with MIT Sloan's policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of career services experience, with a strong background in financial services considered a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
