Fort Worth Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Fort Worth, Texas. At Fort Worth Physical Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with patients experiencing a wide range of pelvic health conditions while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary outpatient team. This role emphasizes individualized, evidence-based treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary and bowel disorders, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, core weakness, and functional movement impairments. Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive pelvic health and musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for pelvic floor dysfunction and related orthopedic conditions.
• Treat patients experiencing pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, core weakness, and functional mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on pelvic health, wellness, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
