We are seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer phones, texts, and emails in a professional manner Process payments, gift cards, and memberships Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Assist with client questions, promotions, and retail sales Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure timely service Qualifications Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using booking and POS systems Professional appearance and friendly attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Le Char Beauty Spa
