Corporate Receptionist - Front Desk

Position Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a polished, personable, and service-driven Receptionist to serve as a key first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors. This highly visible position will manage a busy front desk, handle a high volume of incoming calls, greet clients, assist with scheduling, and provide direct administrative support to the Office Manager.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people while maintaining a warm, patient, and welcoming demeanor in every interaction

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, prospects, visitors, and callers

Manage a high volume of inbound calls, appropriately route callers to advisors, and provide friendly outbound appointment reminders as needed

Greet clients upon arrival and create a polished, comfortable in-office experience

Assist with client scheduling, appointment coordination, and general administrative needs

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and broader client relations team

Professionally navigate occasional challenging or sensitive client interactions while remaining calm and solutions-focused

Support front desk coverage across two floors of the office while maintaining consistent service standards

Requirements

2+ years of professional office, administrative, hospitality, retail, or other relevant client-facing experience

Exceptional telephone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills

Warm, personable and professional demeanor with the ability to connect with clients of varying ages and backgrounds

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new technology and software

Polished, professional presence suited to a client-facing financial services environment

Reliable, patient, and composed with the ability to manage a fast-paced front desk without becoming overwhelmed

Collaborative and trainable with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service
