Sales Manager Overview
- Lead from the sales floor by actively selling, styling, and developing clientele
- Drive store sales and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
- Coach associates on selling, clienteling, styling, and wardrobing
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Create complete looks and provide personalized fashion recommendations
- Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused sales environment
Sales Manager Qualifications
- Proven success in fashion retail sales, luxury sales, or clienteling
- Strong ability to drive sales and build a loyal client base
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales team
- Confident styling and wardrobing clients
- Energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging customers on the sales floor
- Passion for fashion, trends, and designer brands
