Administrative Assistant II

Artech

Banking Sector Wealth Management Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the banking sector, specifically within wealth management. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role offering flexible working hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219 (Onsite)

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
  • 2-4 years of experience with One Note
  • 2-4 years of experience with Adobe
  • 2-4 years of experience with Teams
  • 2-4 years of experience with MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in banking, particularly in wealth management
  • Experience as an executive assistant
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with analysts to complete daily tasks for closing accounts, which includes paying invoices, managing distributions, and preparing letter packets
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and handling forms
  • Retrieve information from the service request queue based on task rotation
  • Participate in biweekly meetings and daily virtual or in-office training sessions
