Warranty CoordinatorStableDry Services provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky and West Virginia.Join our team as the Warranty Coordinator! This role plays a critical role in protecting the customer experience and company reputation by managing warranty claims from intake through resolution. This position serves as the liaison between customers, production teams and leadership to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective warranty service delivery.What you'll do:Receive and log all warranty claims via phone, email and internal systems (i.e. Salesforce)Data migration for contracts/photos/CAD/notes from previous CRM systems to SalesforceReview contracts, scope of work and warranty coverage to determine eligibilityCreate, track and manage warranty cases from initiation to completionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty activityCoordinate inspections, service appointments and follow-ups with production teamsEnsure timely communications of schedules to customers and internal teamsServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty issuesProvide clear, professional and empathetic communication throughout the processReview photos, reports and documentation to assist in diagnosis of issuesEnsure warranty work complies with company policies, contracts and applicable standardsIdentify trends or recurring issues and escalate to leadershipWhat you'll need:Servant-leader mindset.2+ years of experience in customer service, construction administration or warranty coordination preferredStrong attention to detail and organization skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with sound judgmentWhat you'll get:StableDry offers talented team members exceptional opportunities to learn and grow professionally with rewarding careers.
