Travel RN Job Duties/Responsibilities Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories. Qualifications Travel RN Job Requirements Current Florida RN license or compact/multi‑state license. At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area.
