Solutions Manager, Global CDS PAC

BCD Travel Services B.V. Solution Manager, Global CDS PAC (Remote) Full-time, United States In this role, you will consult mainly with internal customers to understand their programs' business reporting needs. Based on your familiarity with travel management company data reporting, you can suggest existing tools or design and develop custom reports. You'll share your design with software developers, who will craft a solution based on your directives. You'll bring that work product through UAT testing to ensure every specification has been met. Once this testing is completed, you'll move it to production for implementation. After implementation, you'll troubleshoot and provide solutions if any challenge arises. As a Solution Manager, Global CDS PAC, you will * Serve as a business systems analyst to bridge the gap between end user, development, and IT through all phases of solution development * Interface with business owners to create requirements as well as documentation of technical specifications by defining, validating, and translating business needs into system and data requirements * Establish, facilitate, and manage solution implementation project schedules * Provide "train the trainer" support for support teams to assist with training on all new solutions for Global CDS * Update tracking database About you * Business travel industry, experience required * Project management experience preferred * Technological adept with the ability to understand the data flow relationships between programs, reporting abilities, and options related to data visualization for business use * Collaborative skills with the ability to work across all levels of management to drive results * Ability to work independently and handle multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously * Mastery of Microsoft Excel required * Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and SSRS, helpful but not required * Working knowledge of DecisionSource helpful, but can be taught
