Handle litigation defense matters from investigation through trial, including alternatives like mediation and arbitration Take and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Support trucking and transportation matters including collision defense, cargo loss, and catastrophic injury claims Communicate directly with clients and carriers on case strategy Collaborate closely with partners on caseload strategy and trial preparation Looking for: New York Bar admission (required) 1+ years litigation/insurance defense experience Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Insurance Defense General Liability Product Liability Transportation / Trucking Litigation Premises Liability Toxic Torts Motor Vehicle Accidents Construction Law Subrogation Interested in hearing more?
