Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Medical Device division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter III Location: Plano, TX Pay Range: What's the Job? Collaborate with management to define roles and required qualifications. Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and communicate the company's value proposition effectively. Utilize various sourcing channels, including digital platforms and community networks, to find qualified candidates. Evaluate candidates for role suitability and cultural fit based on comprehensive criteria. Manage the interview process, collaborate with team members for assessments, and ensure candidates meet role prerequisites. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience. Full-cycle recruitment experience of filling entry to mid-level roles. Proven ability to deliver significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates up to offer acceptance. What's in it for me?
