What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal healthcare within a high-acuity Level III NICU setting
• Manage critically ill neonates, including ELBW infants, using advanced neonatal technology
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists on complex cases
• Utilize interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
• Ensure care delivery aligns with best practices, protocols, and quality standards
• Document all care accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license and certification
• Prior experience in neonatal ICU or similar high-acuity setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of neonatal interventions and technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
