Principle staff assistant concerning special events, projects, distinguished visitors, etc. Manages resources for executive support, services, and activities. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise. Position is designated special-sensitive and requires a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance. This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of administrative issues, laws, goals, objectives, work processes, and operations of a large, multi-faceted organization. Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative or support program operations. Knowledge of both civilian and military (foreign and domestic) protocol, etiquette manuals and guides, policies, regulations and procedures. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support executive support operations and produce a variety of project documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs. Skill in basic analytical ability to discern short, medium, and long-term effects of changes in staff operations practices, procedures, and policies, and to effectively analyze the various components of staff operations as part of an integrated whole.
