Ideal candidates will bring expertise in assessment, counseling, and collaboration within school settings. Michigan licensure is preferred; however, those able to obtain Michigan credentials before the new school year are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with diverse student populations and travel assignments will be beneficial as you work across various grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential, preferably in Michigan (or ability to attain by start of school year)
• Experience providing psychological services in K-12 educational environments
• Strong skills in student assessment, intervention, and individualized education planning (IEP)
• Familiarity with counseling, behavioral supports, and crisis intervention
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Adaptable and enthusiastic about serving a broad K-12 caseload

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized strategies to assist student learning and adjustment
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings concerning special education eligibility and services
• Provide direct support and intervention to students; consult with educational staff regarding effective classroom practices
