What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement established treatment plans within your scope of practice. Assist patients in improving functional abilities and activities of daily living. Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic activities and exercises. Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques, adaptive strategies, and home programs. Monitor patient responses and report progress or changes in condition to the supervising OT. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Coordinate with the supervising therapist and care team to support quality patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active Florida COTA license. Current CPR certification. Required AHCA Level II background screening. Home health experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while following the supervising OT's direction. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
