We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitation in designated areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and furnishings.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other assigned rooms or common areas.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to hygiene and safety standards.
• Change bed linens and towels as needed.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of supply needs.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Dispose of waste according to building policies and environmental guidelines.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards to management or maintenance departments.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and dependable.

Working Conditions:

• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying indoor environments.
