Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at Responsibilities:Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance.Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders within client organizations.Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees to facilitate change.Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to clients' needs.Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in client projects.Join sales calls with clients to support business development and provide expertise on change management solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
