Senior Staff Business Analyst

Danaher seeks a Senior Staff Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions, focusing on analytics, data science, and business intelligence. The role involves translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications and collaborating with data engineering teams across multiple operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals and collect requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for development teams
- Prioritize user stories into project and release sequences for implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient analytics solutions
- Support solution adoption with the data and analytics user community
Requirements
- 5-7 years of business analyst experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI for analytics and reporting
- 5+ years working with dashboards or data preparation tools
- 3 years of experience in Agile sprint-based teams
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to travel up to 10% to Washington DC and global sites
Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
