Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic group involved in significant business and legal developments across the Southeast and beyond. Duties Negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Prepare and review closing documents. Draft and negotiate loan agreements and ancillary loan documents. Manage the closing of loans, acquisitions, and dispositions. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions. Strong academic background and work ethic. Positive attitude and interest in commercial finance and real estate. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Georgia. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
