Responsibilities As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours. Benefits Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days and annual reviews Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart) CNA School Program – ask for details! PPE provided 401(k) with matching – ask for details Ongoing training opportunities 24/7 on‑call support for emergencies or schedule changes Holiday pay (time and a half) PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental Wellness Program available for part‑time and full‑time caregivers (dental, vision, and mental health offered a la carte) Qualifications Must be 18 or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Eligible to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check Experience with dementia and behavioral care Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred) This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
