Duration: 6+ months of contract (Hybrid)

Job Summary


Talent Acquisition Advisor responsible for end-to-end recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing for STEM and technical roles. The role partners closely with hiring managers, builds candidate pipelines, screens candidates, and ensures a strong candidate and hiring-leader experience. 3+ years of professional recruiting experience is required, with Workday and corporate recruiting experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future technical/STEM positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, selection, offer presentation/negotiation, and preliminary onboarding activities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruiting process improvements, career events, job fairs, and community outreach.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, networking, and business-facing skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment and quickly learn new systems/processes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
