Job Details Job Location: Hudson Automotive Group - Charleston, SC 29492 Job Shift: 8am - 5pm Hudson Automotive Group is on the lookout for a career-minded Insurance Claims Representative to join our growing team. As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners to ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance matters. Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience with insurance claims representative handling for nationally recognized insurance carriers. Auto/Liability/Property preferred Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and dealership leadership. Proven experience monitoring claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely investigation, documentation, and resolution.
