We partner with brands and businesses through Bulk Base, Private Label, Ready-to-Label, and custom Formulation services. We're growing fast and building out a stronger, more hands-on sales presence close to home.

About the Role

We're hiring an on-site Sales Manager to drive our B2B pipeline and own our key accounts. This role focuses on growing and deepening relationships with existing manufacturing and formulation clients while building a steady pipeline of new B2B business. You'll work alongside our remote sales team to help scale a coordinated, multi-channel sales strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships with key B2B accounts, including our largest and most strategic clients
• Manage the full sales cycle for new business: prospecting, qualifying, proposals, negotiation, and close
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across our service lines (Bulk Base, Private Label, Ready-to-Label, Formulations)
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-tracked sales pipeline with clear forecasting
• Collaborate closely with lab operations and formulation teams to ensure client needs translate smoothly into production
• Work alongside our sales team to keep messaging, pricing, and account strategy aligned
• Represent Ology Essentials Labs at industry events, trade shows, and client visits as needed
• Provide regular pipeline and account health updates to ownership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, cosmetics, contract manufacturing, or a related industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
• Comfortable navigating longer B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Tennessee

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or beauty industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Background working with private label or contract manufacturing clients
