Admissions Coordinator Southview Acres Healthcare Center Position Summary Southview Acres Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the admissions and referral process, building relationships with hospitals and community partners, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families entering our facility. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
