We’re Hiring: Xplor Pay Direct Sales Representative Are you a go‑getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100 % commission‑based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings. What You’ll Do Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions. Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions. Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals. Work independently while receiving full support and training. What You Get Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100 K+ annually. Residual income – get paid monthly on active accounts. Flexible schedule – be your own boss. Sales training and mentorship. Weekly activation bonuses and monthly residuals. Presidents Club incentive trip and annual sales conference. W2 status, health benefits, and 401 K. You Are A natural communicator and closer. Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling. Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented. Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred). Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance. Can work well independently and as part of a team. Self‑source leads through prospect cold‑calling, and networking. Align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human. Location You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can operate in your team region. Compensation This role offers a commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. You will receive health benefits, 401 K match, and a W2 status. Ready to Apply?
