Keep all building and equipment in good repair with a minimum of down time by providing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel under the direction of The Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer. Continually work towards and support the improvement of engineering services to both guests and associates while sharing day to day knowledge and skills. Essential Functions: - Perform daily shift reports. Document all calls in Carpenter log. Follow all OSHA standards. Maintain interior and exterior. Respond to guest calls and associate requests. Assist in cost control: Heat, Power, Light, Sewer and Water. Repair and or maintain the following:All building and FF&E - Fire Alarm and Life Safety equipment. Ensure appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms, and appearance are maintained. Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum.
