This role supports JSF operations by ensuring the integrity of data within the ALIS/MPE system and serves as the primary point of contact during flight and evaluation activities. A Special Access Program clearance is required. Responsibilities Interact daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership. Maintain system/database/software/firewall/account and perform regular monitoring for availability and performance. Coordinate with peers, Tier‑2, and engineers to keep multi‑user computer systems operating smoothly and securely. Re‑image laptops, troubleshoot, and maintain accounts. Train ALIS or Mission Planning Environment administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed. Perform COMSEC CRO duties, adhere to requirements, and train others in COMSEC. Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA). IT experience in system/database/network/mission planning administration. Readiness to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week, including weekends, as required by mission demands. Desired Skills Experience troubleshooting applications. Account maintenance with Active Directory/Oracle/CRM. Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases, and network equipment. Virtual machine management with Hyper‑V or VMware. Hardware maintenance/upgrades and rack component shutdown/startup. Applying updates, anti‑virus/anti‑spyware, and patch updates. Red Hat Enterprise Linux system administration. Importing and exporting large data volumes. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, including JSF ALIS hardware and software. COMSEC experience. Military flight operations and planning processes. Experience working for or supporting the U.S. or Foreign Military. U.S. DoD Top Secret clearance. Clearance level: Secret with investigation or CV date within five years. Work Location and Schedule Based at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.
