About the Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Tunnell Agency as a Licensed Insurance Agent and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Lake Geneva, WI. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to provide tailored insurance solutions while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the best coverage options available.

Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients.

Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and networking.

Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance and service delivery.

Requirements:

Valid Wisconsin insurance license in property and casualty.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others and grow professionally.

Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training in insurance products and services.
