Accounting Analyst

We’re seeking a Accounting Analyst to support general ledger management, month‑end close, and balance sheet oversight across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close to ensure timely, accurate reporting. Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations for complex accounts. Serve as the main contact for balance sheet and risk management inquiries. Identify process improvements and support audits and special projects. Mentor junior accountants and promote best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus. 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or shared services setting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems (Workday preferred). Advanced Excel and strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
