Research and identify trend directions relevant to the customer and analyze competitive and aspirational brands. Shop the market on a regular basis to stay up to date on current market trends. Create and maintain organized digital concept/mood boards and inspirational boards Support the design team in creating and developing seasonal girl’s wovens collections. Create and maintain organized digital concept/mood boards and inspirational boards Support the design team in creating and developing seasonal girl’s wovens collections Create and update flat technical sketches through Illustrator and execute organized, accurate technical packages through PLM. Work closely with the CAD team to develop new and trend-right print and pattern seasonally. Prepare and maintain development decks, linesheets, and presentation materials like CADs and CBS sheets. Maintain awareness of corporate calendar and help supervisor manage deadlines Assist in approving strike-offs, lab-dips and other development materials. Assist in day to day responsibilities including filing/organizing, copying and updating development packages. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1-2 years of experience Must demonstrate proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, & Illustrator Must have ability to be flexible, multi-task and shift priorities Excellent organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Enterprise Solutions Inc.
