RPMP Administrative Assistant

K2 Construction Consultants is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Radiation Portal Monitoring Program (RPMP). Were a people-first team where youll contribute to meaningful work while continuing to grow and develop.

This is a remote role; candidates must be based near our Bethesda, MD corporate office (minimal travel required).

In this role, youll support the Program Management Office (PMO) across multiple projects from startup through close-outhelping keep operations organized, information up to date, and teams aligned.

What youll do:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team
  • Maintain communication with PMO leadership and field personnel
  • Schedule and attend meetings; capture and distribute meeting minutes
  • Support PMO Managers with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Update and maintain project details in K2s Project Management systems
  • Support recordkeeping and documentation efforts
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and document preparation
  • Help maintain and organize RPM shared drive files

What were looking for:

  • High school diploma required (Bachelors or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer service mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
