Position Overview:  
Are you a people-first sales professional who thrives on meaningful conversations and genuinely enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our State Farm agency, someone who brings both strong sales experience and a human touch to every interaction.

 
Responsibilities:  

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Manage and maintain client accounts in CRM system
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager and or Director of Operations

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred, but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
