Responsibilities: What You'll Do
- Fulfill the needs of guests by understanding their goals and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Provide the highest standard of facials, waxing treatments, threading, and makeup applications in accordance with established procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the most current and emerging skincare procedures and treatments.
- Maintain expert product and service knowledge with complete understanding of all spa services offered.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in threading, waxing, and facial services.
- Up-to-date licensing and certifications as required by state regulations.
