Program Manager, Client Services

Program Manager managing client relationships and call center operations within IQVIA's patient support services division. The role involves staff supervision, workflow coordination, quality monitoring, and strategic client engagement for pharmaceutical access and affordability programs.

Responsibilities

Establish work procedures and oversee daily workflow for specific manufacturer programs
Schedule staff and manage overtime to control operational expenses
Monitor and review call center interactions with patients, providers, and payers for quality assurance
Act as primary point of contact and provide strategic client management with quarterly business reviews
Update standard operating procedures per client requests and protocol changes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
5-7 years pharmacy, healthcare, or related industry experience
Call center management or supervisory experience
Understanding of insurance adjudication and co-pay claims processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional communication
Data entry proficiency with typing speed of 30+ wpm
Experience with IQVIA data and products preferred

Compensation: $85,000-$90,000 base annually
