Associate Advisor

Associate Advisor – Remote Compensation: $65K–$85K base + bonus We’re hiring an Associate Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm built for remote-first teams. This is a true partnership role : you’ll team up with one of our Sales Advisors (VP level) to onboard and serve a growing client base, working together to hit — and beat — annual new-asset goals. Why this role? - A real growth path — start by shadowing and prepping meetings, and grow into owning the client relationship - Direct partnership with a VP-level Sales Advisor who’s counting on you - Hands-on experience in Fixed Indexed Annuities and advisory planning - The flexibility of fully remote work , with the tools and autonomy to do your best work What you bring: - Series 65 and Life, Accident & Health (LAH) licensing - Prior sales or service experience with Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA) and advisory - Working proficiency with MoneyGuide Pro and/or Nitrogen - A demonstrated track record of thriving in a remote role How you’ll grow: - Start : Shadow the Sales Advisor, coordinate meeting prep for 2nd and 3rd appointments, and guide prospects through the sales process to becoming clients - Transition : Step out of first appointments while continuing to prep the Sales Advisor and coordinate clients through onboarding - Mature state : Serve as the central point of contact for clients, running most or all service meetings Sound like you?
