Delinquency Resolution Specialist
UFCU Main
UFCU is seeking a Collector 1 to support a high-performing Collections team. You will engage with members across multiple channels to resolve past-due loans, validate information, and document actions to advance delinquency resolution. The role emphasizes empathy, compliance, and collaboration with the member to identify feasible payment options.
