InfraHire is hiring for Lead HVAC New Construction Installer

- Lead and oversee HVAC installation activities on residential and light-commercial new construction projects
- Supervise, direct, and mentor apprentices, helpers, and other installers
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation equipment, ductwork, controls, and related HVAC systems
- Read and interpret construction plans, mechanical drawings, and project specifications
- Plan daily work, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs
- Ensure installations meet project, manufacturer, code, and company quality standards
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe jobsites
- Identify and communicate jobsite issues to leadership promptly
- Coordinate professionally with builders, general contractors, project managers, other trades, and team members
- Uphold and teach Heartland's high standards for workmanship and safety
- Complete required job documentation and report project progress
- Take ownership of projects from field startup to successful completion
- Prevent callbacks and rework through quality control and attention to detail
