Managing the digital employee onboarding experience, the full-time IT Engineering Manager will oversee the procurement and management of tools and technologies while supporting cloud infrastructure and compliance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the digital employee onboarding experience, including equipment orders and account setup Manage software and hardware vendors, including research, sourcing, and procurement Assist with the management and transformation of cloud infrastructure and compliance frameworks Required qualifications Experience managing equipment and software for a distributed, remote workforce Experience in implementing IT and security compliance frameworks Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain security best practices Strong understanding of current technology trends and tools Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
