Job Details Work Schedule: 12‑hour shifts Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, PRN Location: NHC Sumner – 140 Thorne Blvd., Gallatin, TN 37066 Responsibilities Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills. Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care. Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow and prioritization to meet patient care needs. Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in patient care. Practice continuous quality improvement and problem‑solving skills.
