Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service RepresentativeFull-Time | iAG Wireless — AT&T Authorized Retailer

Fluent English and Vietnamese Preferred but not required.

iAG Wireless is hiring a bilingual Retail Sales Representative for one of our AT&T Authorized Retail locations serving a strong Vietnamese-speaking customer base.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and is ideally fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

For this location, communication and customer care are extremely important. Many of our customers feel more comfortable discussing their wireless service, bills, devices, and account questions in Vietnamese. We are looking for someone who can help make that experience easier, more comfortable, and more personal.

You do not need previous wireless experience. We provide paid training and will teach you the products, systems, and processes you need to succeed.

What we cannot teach is genuine care for people.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand what they need and help guide them toward the right AT&T products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in both English and Vietnamese
• Helping customers understand their wireless accounts, bills, promotions, and service options
• Answering questions and resolving customer concerns
• Helping customers select phones, tablets, accessories, protection, and internet services
• Explaining products and promotions clearly and accurately
• Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming store environment
• Following up with customers when additional assistance is needed
• Identifying ways to improve a customer's current services or provide additional value
• Completing sales transactions and account changes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
• Working with your team to meet store goals and provide excellent service

Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required for this position.

Previous customer service, retail, wireless, or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
