SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) FSCM Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 (OPEN FOR REMOTE)

Duration: 12 months (can extend)

Experience required: 10+

Rate $100/hr

10+ years of experience in SAP FICO & FSCM, credit management and dispute and collections

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO-FSCM Consultant with a passion for Manufacturing and service industry. As a FICO-FSCM Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to assignments. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals and have at least 2 SAP end to end implementation experience as SAP FICO consultant in Construction or similar industry. S4 HANA implementation experience is preferred.

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP, including experience in construction-based customers.
2. Must have experience working in all end to end configuration and business scenarios in Accounts Receivables
3. Must have worked in FSCM - Credit, Collections, Dispute/interfaces using 3rd party applications or SAP.
4. Configuration experience in SAP FICO.
5. Perform FICO design, testing, and training.
6. Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to FICO e.g. MM, WM, SD, PP, PM etc.
7. Analyze & Support FICO business processes and users.
8. Write programming specifications and work with developers.
9. Strong communication skills are both written and verbal.
10. Problem solving skills.
11. Good to have Asset accounting work experience
12. Construction/Manufacturing industry background
13. SAP FICO/S4 HANA certification
14. Experience with other SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, QM, PP, PM
15. Technical (ABAP/PI) Knowledge/basic understanding.
16. Working experience in various 3rd party application interfaces

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO functional & Support 100%
2. Effectively manage FICO module, with more focus on AR/FSCM/Asset accounting
3. Collaborate with senior team members to work with business Subject Matter experts to make sure that the system is meeting business needs in a standardized fashion.
4. Work with ABAP/PI team to conclude the required developments
5. Handles Break / Fix emergencies
6. Consults the business on how to use SAP functionality.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of relevant technologies or platforms.
8. Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
9. Conduct research and development to improve SAP FICO & Credit management, Dispute management and collection management.
10. Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in relevant field.
2. 10+ years of experience in relevant field.
3. Experience with SAP S4HANA FICO & FSCM.
4. Knowledge of SAP S4HANA FICO & FSCM.
5. Understanding basic SAP programming languages or relevant skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
