Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for scheduled appointments. Engage customers in consultative conversations to identify their specific needs and challenges related to building and construction. Articulate the benefits and features of our products clearly and persuasively, tailoring the presentation to individual customer requirements. Skillfully handle objections and address customer concerns with confidence and empathy. Negotiate terms and effectively close sales, ensuring a smooth and positive transaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a respectful demeanor while present in customers' homes. Collaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure a seamless handover of warm leads. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Compensation This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-only structure . Top performers can expect to earn between $90,000 and $250,000 annually , with your success directly tied to your ability to close deals and drive revenue.
