HR Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact and hiring to exit. Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires. Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software. Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position. In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player. Dependable. Must have reliable transportation.
