Outreach Assistant Director - Homeless Services

LA Family Housing

LA Family Housing is seeking an Assistant Director of Outreach to supervise Street Based Engagement Teams serving single adults, families, and youth experiencing homelessness in SPA 1 & 2. You will guide program managers, oversee data reporting, and ensure contract compliance across programs.

You will collaborate with the Director to assess program gaps, implement clinical service models, and maintain HIPAA-compliant data practices while coordinating outreach activities and QA processes.
