You’ll be a resource that will support daily shipment activities for our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and helping to grow the business. Document and manage tasks in our internal systems to ensure everything stays on track. Schedule and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery. Help resolve any shipping issues with professionalism and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients. Assist with billing and payment processing as needed. What You Need Customer service experience Be punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site) A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance. Outstanding verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
